1/2 Swiss 1/2 Japanese

I am a citizen of both countries but born and live in Switzerland

Where are the places that you have lived for more than 6 months?
Just Tokyo and Zürich

Where do you live and work right now?
Zürich, Switzerland

Might be the final, but hopefully not the only destination till then

What is your favourite recipe?
•ORECCHIETTE pasta with cima di rapa and sardelle
•CEVICHE (South American dish)…in lemon marinated fish with fresh coriander and onions
•Fermented soyabeans (Nato) with grated yamroots, sliced ladyfingers on top of either cold SOBA or UDON noodles. (most slimy dish)
•KANINCHENRAGOUT mit Stangensellerie, Karotten und Pfefferkörner
•CHICKENNECKSOUP with Ginger
•KIMPIRA Schwarzwurzel und Karotten an Sesam, Sake, Soyasauce und Sud

My origins are purely Swiss; however, the grandmother of my grandmother is supposed to be immigrated from northern Italy

Though I did a lot of travelling, I never settled lived in another country

Zürich

Heaven, probably. Maybe hell, but I don’t really think so. Being Swiss, you know
